Our track record
Four websites, five languages, and a pricing ladder we rebuilt
MW IQ is a web firm in Cluj-Napoca, founded in January 2026. This page covers what we have built so far and what we learned along the way, including the things we got wrong.
Where we started
MW IQ was founded in January 2026 in Cluj-Napoca. A small firm, where the person who builds the site is also the person who answers the phone.
The first client was an accounting firm near Cluj. They got a 13-page site with a dedicated page for every service.
We do not hide that we are early. But a website is judged on how it looks, how fast it loads, and who answers two years later, not on the age of the firm that built it.
What we have built
AMA Financial Consult · accounting, Cluj
13 pages, one page per service, plus an assistant that answers basic tax questions. The full case study is published separately.
L&E Solutions · WinMENTOR consulting
29 pages in Romanian, mirrored in English. Service pages, industry pages, case studies and guides. The largest project so far.
RRecords Studio · recording studio, Cluj
A single page, seven sections, trilingual in Romanian, English and Hungarian. Contact goes straight to WhatsApp, because that is how their clients talk.
Iarema · medical prosthetics, Vienna
The first project outside Romania. Trilingual in English, German and Ukrainian, with a custom design and an interactive 3D visual in the hero.
What we learned
The pricing ladder was built on the wrong axis
Until the summer of 2026, the difference between our packages was online commerce: card payments, catalogue pages, checkout. But the firms we work with are clinics, trades, accountants and restaurants. Almost none of them sell online. So the only things justifying the larger packages were things the client did not need, and any honest buyer picked the entry tier. We rebuilt the ladder around what a service business actually buys: how findable you are and how many enquiries you get.
A wrong label costs more than a wrong price
We were showing L&E Solutions in our portfolio as an entry-tier project. It is a 29-page bilingual site with case studies. The wrong label showed every visitor a higher-tier piece of work at the entry price, and it undermined the whole ladder. We audited every project by counting pages on the live sites rather than from memory, and corrected it.
What we do not do
We do not run paid advertising. It is a different business, with daily budget risk and results we do not control. We handle the site, the SEO and conversion work. We would rather say that upfront than have you find out in month three.
How we work
First concept within 48 hours, so you see the direction before investing time. The site goes live within two weeks of signing.
After launch we stay. Hosting, maintenance, content updates. You talk directly to the person who built your site.
