2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess a potential collaboration.

Legal basis: legitimate interests of the controller and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

2.2 Technical data (server logs)

Our servers automatically record visitors' IP addresses, browser type, pages accessed, and the time of access. This data is used exclusively for the security and operation of the site.

2.3 Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies for functionality (e.g. language preference). We do not currently use analytical or tracking cookies. If we enable analytics in the future, we will do so only with your explicit consent, expressed through the cookie banner.

3. How long we keep your data

  • Contact form data: up to 2 years from last communication.
  • Technical server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Cookie preferences: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) until you clear them.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We use the following service providers (data processors):

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and site delivery. Servers may be located in the USA and EU; Vercel complies with EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising services involving the transfer of personal data.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your data, within the limits provided by law.
  • Right to restriction — you can request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — you can request your data in a structured format.
  • Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent — if processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
