Case study
A page for every service, and an assistant that answers tax questions
AMA Financial Consult is an accounting firm near Cluj-Napoca, registered in 2021. Its services cover full bookkeeping, tax consultancy, payroll, company formation and business advisory.
The challenge
The problem was not a shortage of clients. It was the way people look for an accountant.
Nobody searches Google for “accounting firm”. People search for exactly what they need: “set up an SRL in Cluj”, “tax consultancy Cluj”, “payroll calculation small company”.
Most accounting websites have a single “Services” page listing everything. The result: that page matches nothing in particular, so it appears for nothing in particular.
The second problem: people call to ask things they could find out themselves. What the VAT rate is now. What micro-company status means. What 5,000 gross comes to net. Accountant time spent on basic questions, before the conversation ever becomes one about a contract.
What we built
A dedicated page for every service
Five services, five pages, each written around the question asked by the person searching for that specific thing. Someone searching for company formation lands on a page about company formation, not on a general list.
A virtual assistant that answers tax questions
Not a “leave us your details” chat box. An assistant with a knowledge base of over 370 lines covering current Romanian tax law: VAT rates, micro-company tax, contributions, e-Factura, filing deadlines, ANAF penalties. It actually calculates. Ask what 5,000 lei gross comes to net and you get the calculation step by step.
A form that does not lose enquiries
Full validation and, more importantly, if sending fails the form says so. It never falsely confirms an enquiry that went nowhere.
The decisions that mattered
Why an assistant rather than a question form
A form means the person waits. The assistant answers immediately, at any hour, and the accountant picks up the conversation when it is worth picking up. Simple questions resolve themselves. Complex ones reach a person.
How we made it safe
An assistant that talks about money and legislation can be manipulated. We added 15 filters for instruction-manipulation attempts, a limit of 50 requests per hour per address, 20 messages per session, and a cap on message length.
How we made it legal
EU Regulation 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence requires that a user knows they are talking to an automated system. The assistant confirms this clearly when asked, and never denies it. It has an explicit instruction to recommend a licensed accountant for anything beyond general information.
What we refused to do
The assistant does not give personalised tax advice. It informs. For an ANAF audit or a restructuring, it sends the person to an expert. An assistant that promises more than it can stand behind creates liability, not clients.
The result
The site is live on its own domain, with 13 published pages, complete legal pages and Grade A security. Every service has its own page in Google. The assistant answers around the clock.
